You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. Payment All prices stated in the Randers Fjord Camping online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. There is no fee imposed on trading that takes place through online booking. Information about trading on the Internet You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a space for your own tent, or a space for your own caravan, you will be presented with a confirmation from Randers Fjord Camping, in which the account for your purchase appears. The confirmation can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Randers Fjord Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation. Right of withdrawal and refund Booking of stays at campsites is not covered by the right of cancellation, as the letting of temporary accommodation for holiday purposes is exempt Cf. Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, point 12. Cancellation insurance When ordering temporary accommodation, you have the option of taking out cancellation insurance, which in the event of medically documented acute illness, death, burglary or fire, gives you the opportunity to cancel the trip without it costing you anything other than the price of the cancellation insurance and any fee for a medical certificate etc. Eq. The cancellation insurance costs DKK. 300 per unit. The following applies to the cancellation insurance: The insurance covers the part of the rental price excl. the insurance premium, which Randers Fjord Camping does not refund upon cancellation of the lease, in cases where the insured's stay in the rented property is made impossible or significantly difficult: as a result of the death of the insured or his/her: spouse, cohabitant, children, parents, parents-in-law, children-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, grandparents, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law or traveling companions, or are affected by an acute illness or serious injury requiring hospitalization, prescribed by a doctor bed rest or what can be equated with this. Acute illness: By acute illness eligible for cover is understood a newly occurring illness or a justified suspicion of a newly occurring serious illness. because significant damage has occurred immediately before the holiday due to fire or burglary in the insured's private residence or fire, burglary or non-contractual stoppage of work in the insured's own business. Special conditions: It is a condition of insurance coverage that Randers Fjord Camping receives proof of the insurance event, i.e. medical certificate, death certificate or police report, no later than 3 days after planned arrival. Cancellation insurance can only be taken out when ordering or at the latest before paying the deposit. The insurance cannot be subsequently cancelled. Any fee for drawing up a medical certificate must be paid by you. The insurance period: The insurance covers from the subscription date until 12.00 the day before the agreed arrival at Randers Fjord Camping. How to cancel If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact Randers Fjord Camping as soon as possible by telephone on +45 9152 8788 or email post@randersfjord.dk You must then complete and sign the damage report sent and send it to Randers Fjord Camping as described below: 1: In case of illness, the sent medical certificate must be completed by the person who is the cause of the cancellation as well as the person concerned doctor. 2: In case of injury, a confirmation from the hospital is required or attending physician. 3: In the event of death, a copy of the front page of the death certificate must be submitted. 4: In case of burglary and fire, you must send a copy of the police report or receipt for police report. Registration of information Randers Fjord Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information submitted in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Randers Fjord Camping keeps the registration for 5 years.
